I’m going to go ahead and start this review by being completely honest.
I’ve always thought that the brand Multipower were a bit… well, shit.
Back in the day, when I first started lifting, Multipower were notorious for producing ‘workout’ flapjacks and other bars that tasted great but contained more sugar than protein.
And then there was their whey protein shake which was akin to drinking chocolate flavoured pube sand.
So when I received some Multipower 100% Pure Whey to try out I was skeptical.
Have their supplements improved?
Let’s find out…
The company has recently gone through a complete rebrand, and to match this they’ve changed many of their core offerings.
100% Pure Whey is one of these, and it’s a massive improvement.
The formula has been altered and a new range of flavours is on offer, including the ridiculously awesome sounding ‘Coffee Caramel’, although this review is based on ‘Strawberry Splash’.
The whey formula is basic and effective, containing the three amigos: whey concentrate, isolate and hydrolysate.
Hydrolysate always indicates quality, and I’m happy to see it here.
There’s also added vitamin B6, which is great for aiding protein digestion.
A simple and very effective ingredients list.
This is probably the biggest improvement in the product.
The taste of Multipower 100% Pure Whey is awesome, and it mixes perfectly with no foaming or lumps with about 150ml water per serving.
Multipower really have stepped it up here and created a seriously delicious protein supplement, especially considering their old one tasted like three-day-old mouldy diarrhoea.
It is quite sweet which some people may find too sickly, but if you have a sweet tooth you’ll love it.
It’s got the three best forms of whey (and protein in general) in it, so yeah, if you take this post workout, in the mornings and before bed, you’ll see performance improvements no doubt.
Multipower 100% Pure Whey is also a great protein supplement for those cutting or dropping weight as it’s only 115 calories per serving.
Because of how well it mixes, it’s really good for on the go and times when you just need protein fast as it won’t foam and is really easy to drink.
Multipower 100% Pure Whey is on the expensive side, probably largely due to the fact that it’s such a high quality formula.
On the official website it’s listed as £65, but you can definitely shop around and get it cheaper.
At around £50 per tub this works out as good value and it just really feels like a quality product in all aspects.
Multipower have stepped up their game and now offer what is arguably one of the better whey protein products on the market, combining a simple and effective ingredients list with incredible quality.
You can order Multipower 100% Whey by shopping here at the official Multipower website.
Have you tried this protein supplement or any other Multipower products?

I like this protein a lot.
Especially the taste is awesome.
I don’t recommend drinking it without milk though since the taste suffers a lot from it in my point of view.

I’ve been really impressed with the Multipower whey isolate protein, one of the best tasting chocolate ones I’ve tried.

I’ve used Multipower products only one time.
I find this protein powder to help with recovery and supplementing my diet when I’m training, also I suggest you drink it with water not with milk.
In the end, it is a good brand, but I am loyal to ON whey protein.
Why you suggest to drink with water not with milk any particular reason for that..
Milk piles on the calories which is something to bear in mind if you’re after lean gains.
